Robert D’Elia is an accomplished healthcare operations leader with more than 23 years of experience in rehabilitation services and post‑acute care. He joins Broadview at Purchase College as Executive Director, bringing a strong record of leading interdisciplinary teams, elevating clinical quality, and strengthening organizational performance. Prior to Broadview, Robert served as Corporate Director of Rehabilitation at The Osborn, overseeing sub‑acute, long‑term care, and outpatient services across the continuum. His career includes senior regional and corporate leadership roles focused on innovation, value‑based care, and strategic partnerships. Robert holds master’s degrees in Physical Therapy and Health Services Administration and recently completed a certificate in Healthcare Safety, Quality, Informatics, and Leadership from Harvard Medical School.

Amy has dedicated over 25 years to helping older adults and their families navigate senior living options with confidence and care. She joined Broadview in 2018 as a Residency Counselor and became Marketing Director in 2022, helping to shape the community from its earliest days into the vibrant place it is today.

Before Broadview, Amy blended her love of the arts and community engagement as Director of Cultural Arts, later transitioning into retirement living sales at The Knolls in Valhalla, NY. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in jewelry design and sculpture from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY—a creative foundation that continues to inspire her approach to her work every day.

A lifelong Westchester County resident, Amy lives in North Salem with her husband, two sons, and their spirited dachshund, Patch. She is also a certified SAGECare provider, bringing added understanding to supporting LGBTQ+ older adults and their families.

Amy is passionate about building connections and helping people find not just a residence, but a true community at Broadview.

Tina brings over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and real estate to her role as Residency Counselor at Broadview, where she guides prospective residents and their families through one of life’s most meaningful transitions. Tina blends deep industry knowledge with a genuine passion for helping others find a place to thrive.

Her career spans a diverse range of roles that uniquely position her to serve the senior living community. She previously served as Sales Director at Brightview on New Canaan, a senior assisted living and memory care community in Connecticut, and as a Sales Counselor at The Knolls, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Valhalla, NY. She also worked as a Marketing Coordinator at The Woods at Newtown, a 55+ active adult community, where she helped connect future residents with lifestyle-focused living options.

Earlier in her career, Tina spent time living in Sarasota, Florida and was Director of Marketing for an exclusive custom home builder, overseeing 13 communities and more than 400 homes annually. She is also a licensed Realtor® in Connecticut with William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, maintaining a strong pulse on the housing markets in Fairfield and Westchester Counties.

Originally from Armonk, NY, Tina earned her B.S. in Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan (SUNY). Her personal relocation journey gives her a firsthand understanding of the emotional and logistical challenges that come with moving. After raising her three children in Newtown, CT, she now resides at Candlewood Lake, CT. Outside of work, Tina is passionate about family, travel, fitness, and embracing a healthy lifestyle.

Tina is an official trained provider through the SAGECare program, a cultural competency training program organized by SAGE.

Raina Woo joined the Broadview team in September 2018 with 11 years of senior living experience as a Marketing Coordinator. Previously, Raina worked as an Activities Director for independent and assisted living residents of Five Star Premier Residences in Yonkers, NY. She earned her undergraduate degree in Graphic Design from State University of New York at Oswego and an Associate’s degree in marketing from SUNY Orange Middletown, N.Y.

Raina is an official trained provider through the SAGECare program, a cultural competency training program organized by SAGE.

Patrice Griffiths is a veteran in the Healthcare Industry with twenty-five years’ experience in Senior Care. She has extensive experience in Assisted Living Operations, Case Management, Compliance and specializing in Organizational Management and Leadership.

Patrice has held several administrative roles throughout the years, with her role prior to arriving at High Point as the Executive Director at Esplanade at Palisades located in Rockland County. Patrice is happy to say all these experiences have shaped and aided her to where she is today.

Now with High Point, Patrice joins us as the Sales and Outreach Specialist, generating new business opportunities by identifying potential customers, building relationships through various communication channels, and qualifying leads for the sales team.

Patrice currently resides in Westchester County in a little town called Dobbs Ferry with her husband Tra Bi, their son Jordan and two cats (Sweetie & Chewy). In her pastime, she enjoys going to the spa, cooking and traveling the world. Patrice’s most memorable travel experience was her visit to Cote D’Ivoire, where she lived for two months. Crystal Mason has recently joined Broadview at Purchase College, as our new Environmental Services Director.

Crystal previously worked in Facilities and Environmental Services at large healthcare institutions, including The James Cancer Center at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center, and Cri Research Campus at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She brings over 30 years of expertise in Environmental Services to the Broadview Team.

Prior to joining Broadview, Crystal was the Senior Operations Manager at Wexner Medical Center, a 1,000-bed regional cancer research and treatment center.  Her duties there included the management of   a department of 300 employees, with 30 direct reports. Her additional experience includes employment with the University at North Carolina serving as Operations Manager and was a member of the team earning the recognition of a Campus of Distinction’. Crystal believes that service to others is the best way to improve the well-being of all people.

Crystal earned a BA, Human Services/Administration from Kaplan University, Des Moines, IA and Master’s in Public Policy and Management, from The John Glenn College of Public Affairs, at Ohio State University. She is Six Sigma Certified, and holds certificates in CHEST, Ohio State University, Diversity and Inclusion, University of North Carolina at Charlotte. During her tenure at the Wexner Medical Center, Crystal served on the Acute Leukemia Committee.

Charlotte is a native Westchester County resident who has dedicated over 12 years of her career to the non-profit industry, consistently demonstrating her commitment to providing excellent service and exemplary leadership. Her diverse professional experience spans various organizations, with notable contributions to the New Rochelle YMCA, where she held the position of Associate Membership and Marketing Director. During her tenure at the YMCA, Charlotte showcased her exceptional skills by effectively managing operations and providing day-to-day leadership for the maintenance, fitness, and front desk staff.

In addition to her impactful work at the YMCA, Charlotte has also made significant contributions to various other community service and religious organizations within the Westchester, NY area. Prior to her involvement in the non-profit sector, she successfully operated a business that specialized in marketing and design services for local churches and organizations in New Jersey. Charlotte’s well-rounded professional background also includes several years working in technology organizations such as Gartner and Sprint/Nextel.

Charlotte holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Iona University. Furthermore, she has acquired a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Manhattan College, further enhancing her expertise in leading and managing teams effectively.

As the Independent Living Director, Claudia values staying closely connected to the resident community and is committed to fostering a supportive environment while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction and overall well-being.Over time, Claudia felt drawn back to working with older adults, the population that first inspired her career path. She found her home at Broadview, a decision she finds deeply fulfilling.

Claudia holds a master’s degree in Gerontology and began her career working in nursing homes throughout New York City, where she developed a strong foundation in senior care. After relocating to Westchester, she broadened her experience by working with developmentally delayed children and their families. In this role, she helped families secure appropriate support services and facilitated support groups to provide guidance and build community.

Brittaney Jones-Alleyne joined Broadview Senior Living at Purchase College as the Health Services Director.  She has 13 years’ experience working in Senior Living.  She previously worked at The Osborn Senior Living in various capacities, most recently she was the Resident Relations Manager for Assisted Living and Memory Care. Brittaney is a native New Yorker, growing up in both the Bronx and New Rochelle.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Monroe College and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Healthcare Administration from Cappella University.  She is also an Alumni of the Leading Age Larry Minnix Leadership Academy.  She worked with the Leading Age Leaders of Color Network to support and facilitate career advancements in the field of aging services.  Brittaney is passionate and a true advocate for the senior population. She takes pride in providing excellent person-centered care to the residents and their families.

Chef Clifford Saladin has been in the culinary field for over 25 years. He grew up in Westchester County and moved to southern Connecticut in his teenage years. Chef Saladin’s career started in Rye Brook in corporate dining at Daka Foods. He instantly fell in love with working in a professional kitchen. He worked in a few local restaurants then landed his first hotel job at the Stamford Marriott Hotel and Spa. He started as a line cook and worked his way up to Restaurant Chef. Cliff attended the Institute of Culinary Education where he completed the culinary arts program. He held sous chef positions at Park Ridge Marriott, Manursing Island Club, Hilton Rye Town and the Riverside Yacht Club in Greenwich, Ct. In 2008, he became the executive chef at the Tarrytown Sheraton. Eventually he was promoted to Executive Chef of the Hilton Woodcliff Lake. Chef Cliff worked at the well-known wedding venue called Whitby Castle in Rye, New York. In 2015, he became the Executive Chef at Saint Andrew’s Golf Club. This exclusive private club is known as the first golf club in America. For the past two years Cliff has been at Kendal on Hudson. He improved the quality of food, overall dining experience, and introduced health and wellness to the menus. He got to know the residents and developed a reputation of welcoming feedback to improve the food program.

Chef Cliff’s cooking style is has been contemporary American with a classical European foundation. He loves executing global cuisine and adding his personal flair to the presentation. He stays current on food trends in healthy cooking, food allergies, and vegetarian options. He believes in locally sourcing products whenever possible and using the best ingredients to elevate the dining experience.

Cliff has been awarded two Associate of the Year, three Manager of the Quarter, and the Bill Tiefel Award for Service Excellence. He has executed events for George W. Bush, former Governor John Roland, Michael Bolton, former vice president Al Gore, and former Mayor Michael Bloomberg.

In his time away from the kitchen, Cliff loves to spend time with his wife and daughter. He loves to travel and collect vintage vinyl jazz records.

Chef Cliff is very excited about joining our team and creating memorable dining experiences at Broadview Senior Living.

Dynamic and compassionate leader with over a decade of experience designing and leading impactful programs that enhance quality of life for diverse populations. Most recently serving as Director of Engage Life at Atria Senior Living, she specialized in operations management, team development, and creating enriching experiences that promote well-being and community connection. Her experience spans different populations in various settings, including senior living communities, family and child services, community arts programs, and early childhood education—reflecting a deep commitment to service. Passionate about empowering others, she fosters supportive environments where individuals and teams can thrive.

Valerie holds a Master of Arts in Art Therapy from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY College at Oswego. Her academic foundation complements her hands-on leadership experience, blending clinical insight with creative programming to enhance well-being and engagement across communities.

Alexander Ferraro brings over 35 years of Food and Beverage management experience across luxury hotels, executive conference centers, and premier catering services. His passion for hospitality drives him to create exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guests feel cared for and leave with a smile. Alexander’s career highlights include serving top CEOs at GE’s Conference Center, managing operations at the Tarrytown House and Doral Arrowwood, launching the food and beverage division at the Abbey Inn & Spa, and working with renowned caterer Abigail Kirsch. With expertise in managing restaurants, bars, catering, and events, Alexander is a dedicated leader in delivering excellence.

Giacomo Mannarino is an accomplished Director of Operations with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership. With over 14 years of experience in residential Management, Giacomo Mannarino specializes in streamlining processes, improving organizational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams to exceed business goals. His strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing is an asset to the Broadview team.

Throughout his career, he has led complex initiatives in areas such as supply chain management, process optimization, performance metrics, and cost control. Known for a data-driven approach and a strong focus on results, Giacomo has consistently delivered measurable improvements in productivity.

A collaborative leader and effective communicator, Giacomo thrives in fast-paced environments where innovation and continuous improvement are essential. They work closely with executive leadership to translate strategic vision into operational success, ensuring alignment across departments and sustained growth.

Giacomo holds a Real estate property management degree and brings a balance of analytical insight and hands-on management to every challenge. His leadership is defined by a commitment to operational integrity, team development, and long-term value creation.

Julie Cangro has been appointed Director of Human Resources at Broadview at Purchase College, where she is responsible for overseeing all human resources operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, staff development, onboarding, compliance, and workforce planning.

Julie brings over 20 years of progressive human resources leadership experience across education, nonprofit, and corporate environments. Prior to joining Broadview, she served as Director of Human Resources for the White Plains City School District, where she led district-wide recruitment and onboarding efforts, managed employee relations and investigations, supervised HR staff, administered comprehensive benefits programs, and supported multiple collective bargaining agreements. Her experience includes, but is not limited to, active participation in grievance hearings, arbitrations, unemployment proceedings, employee relations, and labor negotiations.

Previously, Julie served as Director of Human Resources at the New York School for the Deaf, where she was a department of one and managed all HR functions for the school. She played a key role in contract negotiations and organizational development initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held human resources and labor relations roles at Hamilton Sundstrand, a division of United Technologies Corporation, and The Children’s Village.

Prior to these roles, Julie worked at Sterling Glen of Rye Brook, a senior living residence, as a Move-In Coordinator supporting the resident’s move into their new home.

Julie holds a Master of Professional Studies degree in Human Resources with a concentration in Labor and Employee Relations from Penn State University and a bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in Gerontology. She is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP), a graduate of the Cornell University Industrial and Labor Relations School Certificate Program, and a Notary Public. Fluent in American Sign Language, Julie is committed to inclusive workplaces and effective communication. Outside of work, she is actively involved in her community through youth sports leadership and school involvement.
